Graham Audio LS5/5 Monitor Loudspeakers

Graham Audio's LS5/5 are passive three-way monitor loudspeakers with an unusual twist; slotted baffles. This often misunderstood design has been used since 1967 in the BBCs specification, and is central to the character of its output. The slotted baffles act has an acoustic control, which balances the off-axis response of the drive units; the result being a smoother response through the crossover regions in typical listening environments. We have a pair of LS5/5s, the first in Australia, as we simply had to experience these in person, and can attest that these are absolutely gorgeous, despite their unconventional design on the surface.
